We have a problem saving card descriptions. In some occasions a label appears where it says "changes not saved". This has happened 4 times in the last two weeks.
Does anyone know why it happens and how to fix it?

Do you indeed have any unsaved changes if you click "Edit" button or this label appears seemingly without purpose?
