hi there

just wanting to clarify the billing per person , it doesn't seem to add up 

is the billing by workspace or Board members ?

i have a workspace with 8 boards , it has 9 members & 6 guests so 15 collaborators 

when i select upgrade workspace for a standard it will cost $720.00 , seems to not add as i thought we would be billed for users over 10 , so that would be 5 users ?

The Free plan can have up to 10 collaborators - which include guests, workspace members and pending invitations.

If you move to a paid plan, you are billable for all...

• Multi-board guests - see here how guests are billed

There's no free users on paid plans - the 10 free users are just for the free plan.
