Hi There

Im trying to do a clean up on our Trello boards , to getting ready to covert to a paid version

 

We have a Trello board created by a person who has left the business a while ago , I would like to have the ADMIN changed over

 

The board is our Fabrication Drawings Board & the Admin is Gihan De Silva

Also a Steel Weights Calcs board & the Admin is Gihan De Silva

 

Also im after some advise on the best , most efficient wat from a license point if view on managing board / workspaces

 

Is it better to have 1 workspace and all the boards inside

Or multiple wprkspaces and boards ?

Top tip, if you haven't used it already, take out the free 14 day trial and it will give anyone who is an admin in the workspace the ability to administer and remove any unwanted people...

 

It is definitely better to have 1 workspace and all the boards inside.  I recommend you have 1 workspace and choose Trello Standard as the paid version.  If you are happy with Free at the moment, you will be more than happy with Standard @$60/yr/member.  You'll get some nice additional feature such as custom fields, higher automation limits and coloured lists (coming very soon)
