I can't delete my own board

Question

I am a free plan member.

I once had created a board, and after that deleted my account.

But I restored account since I found my board was not deleted.

However, now I can't delete my board even it's created by myself.

I don't know why, but I think that board belongs to nobody, due to my account delete.

Please tell me how to delete my board, or our team can't add another board.

Hi there,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂

Oh, I see what might've happened here. I've tracked down the only board your account is currently a member of, so I assume that's the one you're having trouble with.

If you were the sole admin of a board with multiple members, upon account deletion you'd be removed from it. Thus, the board was left admin-less (as it happened in this case). On the other hand, if you were the last member of the board, then the board would be deleted. We have these details documented in this article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-your-trello-account/

To resolve this issue, I promoted your account to the admin role once again. You should be able to delete the board now.

Hope this helps!
