Forced Premium Update

Hi! We’re a non-profit association with low resources and will be highly affected by the upcoming change which forces us to get a premium plan because our Trello board has more than 10 members.

My question is: does the monthly fee only apply to the board owner or to every member working on the board?

The charge from https://trello.com/pricing it says: "Per user/month if billed annually ($12.50 billed monthly)" this is the monthly billing and it is per user.

Thank you. Does this mean, everyone that is working on the board will have to upgrade to premium? Or the owner of the board has to pay depending on the amount of users?

This will apply for every user that is in the workspace, including admins and the members of the board.

How about the guests of a board in a paid workspace.

I assume this situation remains unchanged?

@Rassismuskritische Psychotherapie Trello's paid plans apply to Workspace rather than individual users, so the non-profit discount applies to the entire Workspace that it's applied to.

I also want to make sure you know that Trello Premium is not the only option for having more than 10 collaborators. We have another paid plan, Trello Standard, that is a lower price than Trello Premium.
