Impossible to get back my account

Good morning,

From this morning it's completely impossible to get back my account !! I was always connected without putting my password or anything. And if I had to connect , I connected myself with facebook account.

But now we can only connect by Google or slack or I don't know.

So now, I am loosing all the information I had...

When trying to login, if you click 'can't login' at the bottom of the page, it will prompt you to reset the password through a recovery email. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/troubleshoot-login-issues-with-your-atlassian-account/

I understand your concern. What error message do you get when you try to login?

When trying to login, if you click 'can't login' at the bottom of the page, it will prompt you to reset the password through a recovery email. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/troubleshoot-login-issues-with-your-atlassian-account/
