Are you using any proxy to access your Bamboo URL, if yes you need to add below parameters in server.xml file

secure="true"
        scheme="https"
        proxyName="<a href="http://proxy-bamboo.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">p</a>roxyurl"
        proxyPort="443">

Can you check if <bamboo-install>conf>server.xml file contains the below parameters

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;scheme="https"
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;proxyName="<a href="http://proxy-bamboo.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">p</a>roxyurl"
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;proxyPort="443"> secure
