As of yesterday, every time I try to create a new card, it autofills it with "Note from", which then has to be deleted. Does anyone know why this is suddenly happening and how I can stop it?

This is either being added by a power-up or an automation. Can you have a look in the activity log at the bottom of the card to see if you can see the "Note From" being added. If it says in small lettering "via butler" it is an automation and will be running from the account of the member showing in the activity log
