Card Due Date Updates

Hi.

I'm looking for a way to see Due Date changes on a card, so that when a due date is changed, it should show a summary report on things like what the original due date was, what it has become, how many times it was updated and what was the total delay starting from the first due date. I know I can see this on the detailed activity log, but I'm looking for either a power-up or a way to export all the activity logs of all cards on a board to an Excel file.

You can do this in many ways.

This will give you overall delay...

 

If you have Trello Standard or Premium, I suggest you use date custom fields.

Create a custom field called "Baseline Due Date"

Use this automation. 

When the due date is set in a card without a due date set, set the custom field to {cardduedate}

 

You can have a second custom field, a number field called (delay) and calculate the difference between the due date and the baseline.

 

when the due date is set in a card with custom field "Baseline Due Date" set, set the custom field delay to "({{%Baseline Due Date ~X}} - {cardduedate ~X}) / 86400"

which will set the delay field to total delay in days....

 

This will log each change...

when a the due date is set in a card, add the item "Card due date was set to {cardduedate} by {username} on {date} at {time}" to Checklist "Date Tracker"
