I don't see example about build extension with Trello PowerUp. Pls help me!! Thanks all!

I have not heard of any Trello power-up that acts as a development environment. I think you need to re-evaluate how you are going to write your browser extension, probably by choosing an IDE that works well for the language you are going to write it in.
I use this Chrome Extension (https://github.com/krzmig/strelloids)... Might give inspiration
