Trello stickers not working

Devon Kurtz

I am able to use the top pack (faces, heart, thumbs up/down, etc) but the two packs under that (Taco pack and Pete the Computer) I cannot use. I click to hold, then drag and drop the stickers. That works for the top pack but not the bottom two. I have had it for a week now. I reached out to customer service to report the bug and they said they cannot duplicate the issue (not sure if the issue was made clear to them).

I have restarted my laptop, closed all browser tabs, cleared cache and history. Nothing has worked.

Has anyone else that this problem?

Hi everyone, circling back to let you know that a fix has been released for this issue. Please refresh your browser and try again, then let me know if you continue to have issues with the Taco and Pete stickers. Thanks for your patience!

Also currently having this issue, just as described above. Tested on a co-workers computer, and same issue as well.

The stickers have discontinued working for us. Please take a look at the matter once more.

Hi @Maria Laura thanks for reporting the issue you're having with stickers. The bug reported in this thread from a year ago was fixed a year ago, so the issue you are experiencing today is new. Can you describe how stickers are not working? Are you having trouble with uploading a custom sticker? Is there an error? Does the sticker not allow you to drag it onto a card? Any additional details you provide will help me troubleshoot. Thanks!

I cannot see the Giphy animated GIFs anymore.

When I posted about the issue it was also from a year ago. The way your support works is you have to go this route @Andrea Crawford . I can also no longer see Giphy animated stickers and can not search for more stickers beyond the starter pack. Thanks!
