Hi,
I need to see my completed tasks on the Monday of every week, so that I can complete timesheeting.
To enable this, I've set up a completed list. What I'd like is if at the beginning of every Monday, a scheduled action will create a new list called "Completed {date-1d}" to create a list that for the example of this week on 4th December, called "Completed 1/12/23", moves all my cards from an existing list (that uses rules) called "Completed" and then archive that list for my reference.
I can't seem to get Trello to reference a list that it's creating as part of that automation.
I've also run into a weird item where using the "1 working day" time may not be pulling through. If I use a button that changes the due date to "1 working day" from now, it seems to add 1 working day plus another working day
eg: On 3/12 (10am Saturday) I tested a button that should change the due date to 1 working day from now. It changes it to 6/12 (11am Wednesday).
Syntax: "Set DUE date in 1 WORKING DAYS.
3 questions:
1. Does anyone know how to get Trello to move cards to/reference that new list?
1a. I'm also concerned the dynamic naming {date-1d} may not reference easily. Does anyone have experience with this?
2. The one working day setting - is there a known error with this? Or am I somehow using this wrong?
3. Is there a way to write customisations as pure text using say {} tags instead of Trello's user friendly interface? Understanding this could mean more user error, but it could easier and more powerful.
