I have been granted Opsgenie access earlier but there is an issue with alerts not coming up. I had configured notification and other settings, but still I miss alerts notifications. It is weird that I was receiving alerts on odd days and not receiving any alert on other days making it really difficult to address alert at the right time.
Could some one act on this issue.
