If you haven't already checked it out, to start your deep dive into Jira I'd recommend taking a course from Atlassian University! Depending on which Jira you've been using (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, etc) you can find free courses that help your learning path (like Jira Software Fundamentals: https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1083901) or you can learn by the type of role you have (eg, Jira Administrator: https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062304).
