I just got my account deleated for no reason

I just saw that a month ago Atlassian sent me a message saying they will delete my account because I live in Russia or something like that. I'm from Spain, I don't even use a VPN. I wasn't using Trello at that time, and I had recently started a project. I had everything organized in there—members, documents, the project. Today, I tried to log in, and I can't. Neither can anyone in my group. I don't get how you can just delete an account like that, and how do you even mistake Spain for Russia when I'm not even connected?

Atlassian's robots, like any other system (I have long boring stories about this sort of thing from more than a couple of other places), are not perfect.  They do mis-identify accounts as from the Russian Federation when they are not, but also miss a lot more that are Russian. 

It gets more complicated when you take into account organisations that are located outside the Federation, but owned or run by Russia (in the UK for example, there are a number of organisations known to be run by, or at least heavily funded by, Russia, but pretend to be UK based)

So, first, look to the organisation that owns your account.  Second, if you can, check where your ISP thinks you are physically located (one of the long boring stories is about how the internet thinks a train between Oxenhulme and Crewe in the UK is in Bavaria).  If those two look ok, raise it with https://support.atlassian.com/contact
