Crucible 4.2 ‘resolved’ state via REST missing

Crucible 4.2
We use the REST API to get access to comment information out of crucible. With version 4.2 we began using the resolving feature for defects/comments, but this information seems to be missing in the xml responds of the REST. May you support us with information, how to obtain the ‘resolved’ state via REST?
