Deactivated colleague account

Hi all, I am trying to add my colleague Plamena.Georgieva@ipsos.com to the Trello board, but it says that her account is deactivated.

If this could be fixed by the admin, please note that the person is no longer part of the company and I do not have admin rights.

Please assist.
