List Layout for Trello and Trello Grids Extensions not Working

List Layout for Trello and Trello Grids Chromebook extensions give you the ability to see your boards in a grid view where you see four lists across and halfway down the page you see another four lists so you can get a bird's eye view of your lists (it truncates the lists on the top if they are long so you only see so many cards if they go below half a page).

This was working beautifully until recently. Now the second row of lists is below the fold and you have to scroll down to see them defeating the purpose of a grid view. Not only is this not working with two different extensions that can do the same thing, I went to another Chromebook and created a new account with a different email addy/name and the same thing is happening, so it's either a Trello issue or a Chromebook issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, @Daniel Usher! This issue you're experiencing with these third-party browser extensions is due to some recent changes we've implemented on Trello's backend to improve Trello's performance, design, and accessibility. As a result of these changes, many browser extensions stopped working with Trello. We've already emailed the developers of these extensions with all the information they need to make the necessary adjustments to fix their browser extensions. I appreciate your understanding, and I hope the developers can come up with a fix soon for these browser extensions for Trello.

Why did Trello not anticipate any of this and get it fixed on the front end? It seems odd that a tech crew would not anticipate and handle these things before making huge changes?

Has the "List Layout" extension been updated? Or does anyone recommend another extension that effectively does the same thing (shows multiple rows of lists without having to scroll right)?

Bumping this. I am also looking for a better grid layout solution if it isn't something that Trello is planning on implementing.

Hey, @Travis Knight and @Tyler! It looks like the Layout extension you are referencing has been deprecated by its developer. Thus, it might no longer work with Trello. However, the developer has added some additional information on their extension page referencing two extensions that could work (I can't confirm) as a replacement, you can see them below:

Hey @Sal .. How about that? Just added that extension and after I bypassed their attempts at getting me to pay for it.. it seems to work just fine. The cleanest grid view I've come across since the deprecated extension. So many of the other extensions left so much space between the lists and it made navigating/organizing cards a pain. This new one though..So far so good. Do you think there is a world where Trello has their own version of a grid layout built into the system? Regardless.. thanks for the follow up and the rec.

@Sal it seems by the sheer number of threads asking for a list/grid view Atlassian would realize this is a request by SO many users. It is insane to me that it isn't something that has been rolled out already.
