Time stamping when an item is marked "completed" (via label)

The tasks are marked completed (automatism) by adding the label "Completed".

I need to know "when" the task has been marked as completed (a time stamp might be fine.

Any help about if this is possible and in the case where to find the information would be very appreciated.

@Francesco Baldani welcome to the community! So, if you are looking for a timestamp, you should be able to see in the activity at the bottom of the card when automation added the Completed label.

But if you want that timestamp as a field on the card, you could create a custom field called "Completed Date" and then add an action to the automation you already have that sets the Completed Date to "now"

I am looking to create KPIs like OTD (On Time Delivery) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index).

I now have the completion date information, how to export it to manipulate? Or if you have a power-up it is worth suggesting in order to create the abovementioned KPIs...

@Francesco Baldani when you say export to manipulate, what do you mean exactly? Like do you want a spreadsheet? You should be able to export your trello board (go to the settings menu and you should see an option for that) and it will have the info.

If you want to see a table with your custom fields, you'll need to use the Amazing Fields Power-Up and you can see a table inside trello (and i think you can then export that as well).

If you want to manipulate it and compare to other apps, you might need something like Zapier.

If you're trying to track SLAs and basically see if you're completing in in time, there's a handful of Power-Ups that can help you out. I would recommend checking out Time In List Power-Up by Blue Cat Reports. (And you can even use Blue Cat Reports to make a list of any cards in a list that have been in a list for longer than you're SLA time, or to count how many cards have been in there longer than you're SLA time.)
