This morning I've noticed that the card drag behaviour has changed: * Previously, I was able to drag a card into the clear space under the last list item and the GUI would "snap" the card to the list. * When I release the mouse button, the card would move to the bottom of the snapped list. * Now, the card does not snap to the list unless I position it over a card already present in the list. Questions for Trello support: * Is this change reproduce-able at your side? * Is this change by design? Thanks!

This morning I've noticed that the card drag behaviour has changed:

Previously, I was able to drag a card into the clear space under the last list item and the GUI would "snap" the card to the list.
When I release the mouse button, the card would move to the bottom of the snapped list.
Now, the card does not snap to the list unless I position it over a card already present in the list.

Questions for Trello support:

Is this change reproduce-able at your side?
Is this change by design?

Hi @Andy Lawson! Thanks for writing in! We are indeed making some infrastructural improvements to drag-and-drop, and it appears this is a bit of an unintended casualty of that work. I'll look into whether it's possible to restore this functionality — thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the disruption!
