Can't log in to Trello, need help!

I need your help, Trello/Atlassian team.. I have another trello account with Atlassian login told me that my account looks like been deactivated... I don't know what's wrong.. Pls can help me check about it?

 

I have important information in my Trello board of that account need to access. Thanks
