Does anyone use Trello for contract management? If so, any this to get started?

I have a client that uses Trello for land acquisition, buying and selling of land contracts that takes place in 3 boards, where the document merge takes place in Zapier and then deposited by to the card. For change management, you can create new task cards to be taken through your org change management process through a series of list representing the stages etc.
