Hi,

I understand your account has been deactivated.  Please create a ticket under https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=account_management&reason=access_issues&support_type=customer

It might not be possible to reactivate your account, but if it can be done a ticket like this would be required.
