Nice to meet you virtually! I work on the social team at Atlassian.

I'm happy to share how we've integrated Jira Service into our daily social workflow. The social team and our social agency created a Jira Service Desk to intake social requests across the entire company. This has helped us streamline requests and prioritize the top messages to share across the brand and product handles.

The LinkedIn API is very limited so I don't believe you can integrate Jira Service with LinkedIn.
