Somehow my colleague's account was de-activated.
As the admin I'm trying to invite him back to the workspace.
The message returned is:
"Unknown error"
The following person was not invited:
[invited user's email address]
I've also sent the link to join. When he follows the link, he gets the banner: you don't have access to this content.
What should I do to invite him back?
