Cuando el colaborador se va de la empresa como se desvincula el correo por que ya se elimino del espacio del trabajo pero le siguen llegando correos de notificación a su correo personal

If a user is still an active Trello user and is receiving notifications as per the triggers on Receiving Trello notifications, they will continue to receive notifications even if you removed them from your workspace.
