I can’t add a member to my board

Hi there 

I did a premium trial with trello a while back and added a member of my team to my board as an admin. The trial ran out, I upgraded and am paying for premium but she can’t see my board? I have removed her and am adding her/sending her requests but she can’t. Please could you help ?

This is odd, and I suggest you contact our support team at https://trello.com/contact to raise a ticket with us.

In the description field, please add the board URL, the member's email address, and any screenshots of what that member sees on their end when trying to access your board. This way, we can troubleshoot further and help you resolve this as soon as possible.
