Search within specific cards

If we have several cards that start with KM, how can I do a search for specific word only within all KM cards? thanks.

You can use filters to find all cards with KM keyword. Once found, then you can use your browser text search (CTL+F) and then adding your next keyword to find the card(s) you are looking for:
