I didn't sign any term and they changed my trello subscription to annual and I want to pay monthly
I want to remove my card from the account and I don't want to pay the annual amount because I never signed any term for portability. I demand a return

You need to submit a billing support ticket on this page.  https://trello.com/contact#/   Go to the bottom and log in and then select billing as the support request type.
