Currently Getting Error "Your Bamboo instance could not start because health check failed. Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com"

 

But in Logs, its mentioned below the error:

2023-07-20 16:53:45,613 FATAL [main] [DefaultBootstrapManager] Validation tests failed: [Task 51102 failed:, Server key hasn't been initialized or is invalid]
2023-07-20 16:53:45,666 FATAL [main] [DefaultBootstrapManager] Validation tests failed: Your Bamboo instance could not start because health check failed. Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com.

 

Could you please provide the solution?

Hello @Waqas Subhani

The <bamboo-home>/bamboo.cfg.xml file is missing or has an invalid serverKey property. Are you sure you are pointing your configuration to the right location?

The serverKey and serverId properties are generated during the first Bamboo installation and are used, among other things, to identify the Bamboo server when interacting with Application Links interfaces.

Fix those two properties in your Bamboo configuration file and restart the process.
