Disable GUI editing of Bamboo Build and Deploy plans (w/o Specs)

We build a lot of Bamboo Build plans and Deploy plans via Java API calls.  These do NOT use any type of Specs, so by default the plans are editable for myself and the other admins, even though we are NOT included in the Build & Deploy permissions. 

So, we need a way to disable editing of both Build & Deploy plans as though they were Spec plans, even though they are NOT spec plans. 

Is this possible?  If so, how can we achieve this?

Unfortunately, that feature is not supported by Bamboo yet. I have created a feature request to address that requirement. I recommend you follow and vote for it so our developers can have numbers to justify their decision to implement it. You are also free to add a public comment explaining your individual requirements.
