Setting up notifications with our developers on PRs and anything that needs to be actioned
Celebrating wins whenever a task is done by notifying the team via Slack
Sharing documents from Confluence.
Aligning workload by notifying us whenever a task is assigned to our QAs

* Yet to discover and set up notifications to Slack whenever there is a comment.

We also have Jira, Confluence and MS Teams integrated. I love how you can create a new ticket in Jira from MS teams. Such a great feature they added!
