Delay alert notification to slack and suppress if alert is closed before the delay expires.

Hi,

We've a Dynatrace & slack integration where we expect alerts from Dynatrace is being notified on a slack channel.

We are looking for a way to delay alert (coming from Dynatrace webhook) notification and don't notify the slack channel if the alert got automatically closed by Dynatrace  before the delay expires.

Is this possible?

Hi @Elmo Yeldo ,

Currently, there is no way to delay Slack notifications though we do have a feature request logged for this, which you can follow here:

You may be able to apply a workaround that would involve only sending Slack notifications for a specific "add note" action that is automatically triggered on the Dynatrace side when the 'delay' you mentioned expires.
