Uploading Video from iPhone

Hi there, I'm looking for some help. We're a team split between the UK and Nepal. Our Nepalese team have a lot of issues uploading a 1 to 2 minute video clip to Trello boards (on cards). These aren't large files and they keep getting the message that the upload is not successful or that the file is too large. 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution to fix this?

A couple of things come to mind...Not just speed but stability of internet connection.  Trello is refreshed near real-time and that means an unstable connection can make a big difference.

Have you tried a VPN for the team in Nepal to see if that improves things?

You could use Onedrive or Google Drive and use the power-up's that are available...
