The free 250 Automation runs per month, is it per user or for the all board members?

Quota pooling means that the automation runs quota is shared by all the users who belong to the Workspace, and it applies to all boards that are part of the Workspace.
So, for example if an automation is run once by a user, it counts towards the overall quota.
