Text disappears in Trello

Naima Halse Kirkefeldt

Hello

We are several different people in different Trello boards who have been exposed to our text disappearing.

It is hidden, we have seen it and when we go out it disappears before our eyes.

Anyone else who has tried it or know why and what we should do?

Beverley

Hi Naima - welcome to the community!

We have this method that, depending on the situation, will allow you to recover your descriptions: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-the-description-or-card-title-that-was-changed/

On a side note, you've recently raised a ticket (TRELLO-156448) with the Trello support team. Feel free to reply to the ticket if you require assistance.

I hope that helps!
