PDF attachment not viewing correctly

We email a pdf of a Formidable Forms from a website to create a card on a TrelloBoard. When we click on the PDF link on the card all we get is a new browser tab opens With content that looks like this.

We have tried different Browsers and get the same results. any help would be appreciated. this happens across multiple users throughout our organization. Just started happening this morning.

Could you please let us know exactly how you're forwarding PDF files to Trello? Is it being forwarded via Formidable Forms?

If so, you may want to check with Formidable Forms and see how they are sending PDFs.
