Our department work with several projects and we have built a board for each project. Now we need to see all project in an overall timeline for a better overview. Is it possible?

You could use the Power-up Dashcards to have a view over the other boards.
Or you can use one of our Workspace views. Based on your description I believe you're looking for the Workspace Table View, but you might wanna check the Workspace Calendar View as well.
