A user reports that they are unable to select a site when attempting to create a jira ticket from a shape in Whiteboards. Their sites list is empty.
How do I resolve this?
Just in case anyone runs into this, it was apparently a cookie issue. Clearing the user's Atlassian cookies and reloading the site resolved the issue.
