I would check the key path first. That error usually means Sourcetree cannot find a valid key at C:\Users\woohyeok.choi.ssh\id_rsa, so its bundled ssh-agent starts with nothing and throws a null reference. I would open that folder and confirm that both id_rsa and id_rsa.pub actually exist; if not, generate a new pair and point Sourcetree to the new private key.
