source mail formatting

hello everyone, surely this question has already been asked, but I can't find a response in the community
how can i keep the original mail formatting when i send mail to trello to create a board? I am not able. I tried everything, even with the gmail.com trello component but nothing the formatting is canceled and only the text remains. Maybe it's a paid trello feature? or also in the free version?

Thanks for dropping your question here!

If you'd like to send email to trello to create a card inside a board, the email formatting needs Markdown so Trello can retain their format when sending them from email. Please keep in mind that this type of formatting could be specific to Trello so the format may look different from the email service you are using.
