Dúvidas sobre cobrança Plano Premium: Usuário / Membro / Convidado ?

Question

* 1 Usuário (email de login) - 1x USD, 12,50 = 12,50
* 2 Membros - 2x USD 12,50 = 25,00
* 2 Membros + 5 conviados- 7x USD 12,50 = 87,50

Within a frame, can I have several unlimited work areas? In these work areas, can I have 1 User and 8 guests in all of them?

Hi Will,
You can have as many Workspaces as you like, however, a board can only belong to one Workspace.
With a free Workspace, you can have up to 10 collaborators.
A collaborator is anyone who’s been invited to a board in your Workspace or the Workspace itself. This includes:* Workspace members
* Workspace guests (board members who aren’t members of your Workspace. This includes single-board guests and multi-board guests)
* Pending board and Workspace invites

When I insert MEMBERS I am charged + 12.50ok When I insert additional Administrators or observers in the tables, what is the charge like?
Do I pay extra for each OBSERVER?
and administrator paid extra too?
In this case, I have several paintings that were taken from me and have different access. Some are in 2 or 3 frames as observers   I find this billing method very confusing, every month I have problems with it

Hi Otavio,

Thanks for reaching out!

An Observer is a normal board member, but their role has additional restrictions; they cannot add or change any cards.

The 'observer' setting can be applied to single-board guests, multi-board guests and workspace members on a board-by-board basis, as this is a permission setting applied to a member type.

You do not have to pay for each Observer so long as they are a single-board guest.

As Rodolfo mentioned below, if the guests are only on one board, there will be no additional cost to your Premium or Standard subscription. However, if you add them to more than one board, they will become multi-board guests and will have the same cost as a Workspace member.

You can read more about multi-board guests and how billing works in these articles:
