The Quiz: Atlassian's Market, Platform and Vision has been successfully passed 2 times, but the result was not accepted and the activity was not marked as completed.
Can this be a bug?

As there is no "quiz", no, there cannot be a bug.
I think we need more detail on what you think the words you are using mean?
The Quiz: Atlassian's Market, Platform and Vision - this is literally just a quiz thats part of the of the ITSM sales training course so yes it does exist and it is bugged
