How to resolve this problem?
Hi @Manish Parakhiya and welcome,
here a troubleshooting article for that issue https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60825188/cannot-install-sourcetree-because-oauth-redirection-page-does-not-load-in-localh
Please let us know,

Hi @Manish Parakhiya,
Fabio’s link is a great start. I would add a few targeted checks.
The page at http://localhost:34106/ is served by Sourcetree itself, only while the login is running. So I would keep the Edit Hosting Account dialog open until the redirect finishes.
If the error still shows, I would replace localhost with 127.0.0.1 in the address bar, keep the rest of the URL, and press Enter. Maybe localhost resolves to IPv6, while Sourcetree only listens on IPv4.
If that doesn’t help, I would check whether a proxy, VPN or firewall is blocking port 34106. I would also update Sourcetree, since 3.4.12 is quite old.
As a fallback, you could switch to an API token instead of OAuth. Remove the account in Sourcetree, add it again with Auth Type set to API Token, and use your Atlassian email as the user. Here are the steps: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/add-an-api-token-to-sourcetree-or-another-application/
