I have create a workspace-board in free version (private) and sent out invite via link to email to 1 person. The person sent the link has created a free Trello account although my shared board does not show in there Trello account...Is there something I am missing.
Did you share the workspace or the board with them?
You have to go to the board and not the share button to add them.
