Notify all card members via card activity

Question

When commenting in the card activity, there is an option to @ tag all members in the card at the same time. But commenting with @card doesn't send an email or notify all of the card members.

We tested this with a card and no one received a notification on Trello or via email. Is this a bug?

I don't want this to be an automated email because the content will be different each time. I just want to be able to notify everyone without having to add the @ tag for each member.

The emails that go along with the notifications are still not coming through. With the settings for "instantly" and all of the notification types checked, only some of us are getting emails when we should. Also, we checked junk email folders and they're not there.

Thank you for the response! We also learned that you must be watching the card to get the notifications.

Hey Ana,

To receive notification the user must be with the card closed,

As you can see on my test I received the notification from the comment @card

When I started writing @card it showed a banner that all members would be tag with this action, then once I submitted it, it showed as a user in blue. An the user in the card (a different account than the one I used to mention it) received it, and you can see the message with the @card on the notification panel.

Could you test it again but the user must be with the card you're mentioning closed.

It'll trigger an notification email if it's set on the profile set.
