Bamboo spec scan checks out entire repository causing out of disk space problem.

We have Bamboo 8.2.5, our code repository is SVN version 1.10.2. We are trying to convert existing build plans to Bamboo specs. Some repositories we have grown huge over time with trunk, multiple branches and tags. Bamboo spec config created at the root level of the repository is trying to checkout the entire repository during config update of Bamboo spec. As a result Bamboo server is running out of disk space. Is there a way to confine this scan to trunk only?

Bamboo will follow the SVN repository's configuration when checking it out, specifically if you set the Repository root URL outside on levels above the trunk.

If you want a specific trunk to be scanned by the Specs scan you will have to:

1. Modify the repository's root URL and point it to the specific trunk
   or
   
2. Create a new repository pointing the root URL to the trunk you want and enable Specs only on that repository. Then disable Specs on the repository with the large dataset
