Recently lost Postgres Database. Need to reinitialize Bamboo instance from Backup

Hey,

I recently has a Postgres Database fail and after getting the database back online I'm receiving the following error when starting my Bamboo container.

bootstrap

Bamboo bootstrap failed: Your Bamboo instance could not start because health check failed. Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com

Would you be able to advise on how I can repopulate the database, or how I could re-initialize my Bamboo instance from a Backup of the existing instance?
