How do i get the value of this nested field in parsed data? i want to get the value of name in customfiled_10072 and attach it in opsgenie alert details
I have tried to do this.. then i still didnt get those value above. thankyou

I believe we have spoken in another Community Question about the same issue.
Please try both of these suggestions below to extract that custom field into the alert, and let us know whether or not they work:
{{customFields.customfield_10072}}{{customFields.customfield_10072.name}}
@Elzha Odie Hi Elzha, try removing the underscores and add the .name at the end
Have you tried either of these:
^ Note they do not include _parsedData (which is instead interpreted as _payload to extract this into the alert).
