Is there a way to view assigned check-list items for multiple boards (perhaps in the workspace view)? Ideally by user?

Hi Natalie,

Welcome to the community! You can view checklist items assigned to yourself across multiple boards by heading to the 'Your items' section in the home tab, per the steps mentioned here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-to-use-advanced-checklists-to-set-due-dates/#Your-Items

Each user can access that page individually!
